At Ronii, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at roniiitech@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Since our store operates on a dropshipping model, we cannot accept returns for any products.

For customers in the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our store, as all sales are final.
